Using the app

SuitedUp is operated by Diamond Syntax LLC ("we", "us"). It is a poker training app for personal, non-commercial use. You must be 18 or older to use it.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the app's hand library or range data; not to redistribute, resell or republish its content; not to use automated tools to scrape it; and not to use it in any way that breaks the law where you are. We may suspend or end your access if you do.

No gambling

The app contains no wagering, no real-money play, no cash-out, and no purchasable chips. All amounts shown are in big blinds and have no monetary value. Nothing in the app is an offer to gamble, an invitation to gamble, or advice to gamble.

Gambling law differs by country and by state. You are responsible for knowing what applies where you are.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app includes a number of free hands. Additional content may be offered as a purchase or a subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are charged to your Apple Account. If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, it renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Content and accuracy

The recommended actions in SuitedUp are educational guidance based on standard 6-max no-limit hold'em ranges at 100bb. They are simplifications of a complex game. Correct play at a real table depends on your opponents, the stakes, the table dynamics, and many factors the app does not model.

We make no guarantee that following the app's recommendations will produce any particular result, financial or otherwise. Your results are your own.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its hand library, its range data and the SuitedUp name remain our property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own training. That licence does not transfer any ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may stop supporting older iOS versions. We aim to keep the app available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

We may revise these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note material changes in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, entitled to enforce them against you.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida State, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
